Mask equipment maintenance after purchase is very important. First, if maintenance is done properly, the equipment will run smoothly during operation, and the masks produced will meet requirements. Doing this detail well has a considerable impact. Below, let's look at some common problems and solutions for the inner-ear mask machine:
I. Appearance:
Masks are worn on the face, and some even need to be used in operating rooms. Therefore, the production of masks requires the inner-ear mask machine to be cleaned every day. You can arrange personnel to clean the working table and the trays holding masks after shutting down and cutting off power at the end of each day. Be careful not to use water or oil; you can use alcohol or other non-toxic, volatile cleaning liquids.
II. Ultrasonic System:
Check whether the ultrasonic system is clean. In particular, the ultrasonic electric box, ultrasonic transducer, and welding head must be kept dry and clean without water, and the connecting wires must be firm. Frequently check the wear degree of the ultrasonic welding head (mold). For the inner-ear mask machine, carefully observe whether the pointers of the voltmeter and ammeter on the ultrasonic electric box are normal.
III. Transmission System:
The transmission system includes motors, gears, reducers, sprockets, chains, conveyor belts, and other components. For inner-ear mask machine maintenance, check whether there is dust or other material on the motor surface affecting heat dissipation, whether the gears and sprockets are lubricated, and whether there are attachments. Check whether the chain tension is appropriate and whether there are foreign objects, and whether the connecting screws of each transmission part are loose. Check whether the reducer lubricating oil is sufficient. Usually, the lubricating oil needs to be replaced once every 1,000 to 1,500 hours.
IV. Electrical System:
Check whether the circuit connectors of the inner-ear mask machine are loose, and whether the main power line, branch signal lines, etc. are worn, aged, or loose. Check whether the inside of the electric box is clean and dry, and whether the exhaust fan is working normally, etc.
