Steps for producing masks with an inner-ear mask machine:
1. Inner layer mask forming: shaping cotton is hot-pressed into a mask-like shape;
2. Outer layer mask forming: non-woven fabric, melt-blown fabric, activated carbon non-woven fabric, and other materials can be used to produce sheet-shaped masks;
3. Multi-layer mask pressing: the inner and outer layers are pressed together, usually forming three to five layers;
4. Edge trimming: excess edges of the pressed mask are trimmed, leaving a complete mask shape;
5. Nose wire attachment: the nose wire is used to adjust the wearing position of the mask, and fixing materials such as aluminum strips or rubber strips can be used;
6. Ear loop welding: ear loops are welded to both ends of the mask. There are many kinds of ear loop materials, and welding 1 to 2 loops is sufficient;
