Many manufacturers are eager to start production after purchasing mask equipment, but it is not that simple. As a specialized ultrasonic plastic welding equipment manufacturer with 23 years of experience, we would like to offer some suggestions to those who have entered the mask machine field, in order to prevent common problems with mask ear loop machines.
Unsuccessful ear loop welding on disposable mask machines
Common problems of disposable ultrasonic mask ear loop machines that need attention:
1. Install a cooling fan on both the mold and the transducer, so that the heat dissipation effect is better.
2. The mold and the welding wheel must be adjusted to a horizontal position; if not level, the welding will not be firm.
3. Both the flange and the steel mold need to be installed tightly; otherwise, abnormal noise will occur. If the steel mold is installed too loosely, it will damage the screw rod and fail to achieve the welding effect.
4. Do not blindly pursue speed; haste makes waste. Long-term high-speed operation will cause great wear and tear on the equipment.
5. Choose the right equipment. For flat mask machines, 15kHz 2600W is better for sheet punching; for ear loop welding, 20kHz 2000W is sufficient, not including high-speed machines.
6. Sound recognition: during normal operation, there will be a sharp and harsh squeaking sound. Never adjust functions randomly based on subjective feelings!
7. The precision and flatness requirements of the welding surface of the steel mold are very high. Prevent collisions and damage, otherwise the welding will be unstable and the steel mold will basically be scrapped.
8. Remember to cut off power to let the ultrasonic rest. Continuous high-speed operation without power-off will accelerate equipment scrapping.
9. For long-term continuous operation, a relay can be installed to control the power supply by computer; for intermittent operation, lead wires are available from the chassis.
